AUAG MetalCraft is a brand founded by metalsmith Ahn Min sik, creating high-end sterling silverware that balances artistic expression with everyday functionality. Working primarily with 92.5% sterling silver—often combined with natural materials such as ebony and rosewood—the brand produces handcrafted tableware and functional art objects shaped through traditional raising and forging techniques. Inspired by architectural structures and natural forms, Ahn’s work transforms the cool rigidity of silver into refined, tactile pieces designed to harmonize with daily life.

<Warm Pillar> is a handcrafted silver teapot designed with a precise geometric structure and a clean, vertical form. The refined contrast between the cool, polished surface of sterling silver and the dense texture of ebony creates a balanced visual composition with a subtle yet distinct presence. The piece is produced through traditional silver-smithing techniques, including sheet forming, raising, and precision soldering. The natural grain and directional finish of the metal surface have been intentionally preserved to enhance the controlled flow of light and reflection. To ensure safe handling, the handle incorporates ebony, providing effective thermal insulation and ergonomic stability. The teapot is suitable for general use with non-acidic beverages.
