Shipping policy

 

1. SHIPPING

We ship by standard mail service & express mail service (EMS) and aim to deliver within 2~14 business days from the date of dispatch. All products are dispatched from Korea and are usually shipped no later than 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. 

We deliver to the following countries*

From 0 to 1kg, we ship the products by Standard Mail Service.

- Standard mail service: within 5 to 14 working days depending on the country.

Over 1 kg, we offer shipping by Express Mail Service (EMS)

- Express Mail Service (EMS) : within 3 to 5 working days.

 

The estimated delivery is in working days.

 

Please see the table below to find out the delivery time in working days* for your country.

*It can take longer than the period stated above when a delay occurs in customs.

*Weekends and Korean holidays are not considered working days.

 

2. SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE

From 0 to 1kg,  we offer shipping by standard mail service. If you wish to receive your order quicker, please contact us and we will ship by EMS with additional charges. These charges are based on the gross weight of the order  when packed for shipping, including dimensional weight in some cases, and are calculated in kilograms, ‘Kg’.

 

3. DELAYED SHIPMENT

Please understand that there are many factors that may delay a shipment, such as weather, strikes, or other circumstances that are beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for such delays. 

 

4. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. 

In the rare event that the wrong goods are delivered or you find a manufacturing defect or your order is damaged, please email 'cs@notagshop.com' so we will work with you to exchange the item or refund your purchase.

 

The product may be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days after your order has been shipped. All returned items must be returned in “new” (resalable) condition (judged by us) with all the original packaging, accessories, manuals and other documentation, etc., included where applicable.
